We are living in an unprecedented situation that has changed our way of life. A world almost taken out of a movie, only now it is real: people emptying supermarkets, deserted streets, virtual concerts, crowded hospitals… But, what happens to all those who live from the arts? How have they managed to reinvent themselves?

Itzel is part of independent dance and theater companies. Since the quarantine began, she has devoted herself to writing letters. She can’t stop thinking about all those women who suffer some type of violence and as a result of the pandemic have been unable to leave their homes. These past months, she has gained strength and reinvented her way of expressing herself through dance.
